About IntervAI
IntervAI is a Vienna-based AI startup revolutionizing early-stage recruitment. Our B2B solution empowers recruiters to automate resume screening and first-round interviews using conversational AI agents — helping teams reach 3× more candidates, 5× faster.

We are currently expanding and looking for an intern who can help us grow our presence in the Turkish market.

Tasks

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients (recruitment agencies, HR departments, tech companies) via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Identify and qualify potential B2B leads in Türkiye
  • Support the preparation and localization of marketing materials (presentations, landing pages, email templates)
  • Assist in managing CRM tools and reporting outreach performance
  • Join product demos with potential Turkish pilot clients and support follow-up communication
  • Collaborate directly with the founder and growth team on go-to-market strategies
  • Provide market insights and competitor research within the local B2B hiring ecosystem
Requirements

What We are Looking For

  • University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
  • Fluent in Turkish and comfortable communicating in English
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven attitude
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and interest in tech, AI, or HR tools
  • Previous experience in B2B marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus (not required)
  • Availability for approximately 15 hours per week, for at least 3 months
