We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with experience testing ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of ServiceNow modules through manual and automated testing.

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for ServiceNow modules, workflows, and custom applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on new and existing ServiceNow features.
• Validate ServiceNow configurations, business rules, and workflows against requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business analysts to identify and resolve defects.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and defect reports.
• Support automated testing efforts using tools like ATF (Automated Test Framework) within ServiceNow.
• Participate in release and deployment cycles, ensuring quality standards are met.

• 2+ years of experience in QA or software testing.
• Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
• Understanding of ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) and platform architecture.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, or other testing and defect tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
