Altoros, an established provider of software development services, is looking for a Senior React Developer.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development
• Profound knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong experience with React.js
• Familiarity with other UI frameworks (Vue.js, Angular etc. — optional)and React-based frameworks such as (big plus)
• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
• Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite)
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, W3C standards
• Experience with CSS-in-JS libraries and/or preprocessors (SASS, LESS, Styled Components)
• Experience designing scalable front-end application architectures
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance development workflow and reduce manual effort
• Experience writing unit and end-to-end tests
• Understanding of common design patterns and component-based architecture
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in customer-facing environments
• English: B2+ / Upper-Intermediate+, comfortable with technical discussions and client interviews
• A big plus: experience in cross-platform mobile development (e.g., React Native)

Responsibilities:

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Write and maintain unit tests (Jest / Testing Library or similar)
• Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to boost productivity and automate repetitive development tasks such as test writing, code refactoring, or documentation
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI team to deliver the best possible customer experience, balancing business goals and technical constraints
• Produce internal documentation to support maintainability and onboarding
• Participate in sales/estimation process as a technical specialist
• Attend meetings with potential and current customers, as needed
