Role Description

Mercor is collaborating with a leading AI lab to source experienced

shoppers & stylists

with varied backgrounds and areas of expertise. We are seeking

tastemakers, opinionated shoppers, and individuals with cultural insight relevant to shopping requests

. The final pool will represent a wide spectrum — from luxury and high-end shopping to budget-conscious, everyday value expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience as a personal shopper, stylist, buyer (e.g., luxury retail, boutiques, department stores, styling platforms like Stitch Fix, freelancer, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to source and curate based on strong cultural awareness and taste-making expertise
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

Requirements

• Remote and asynchronous — work on your own schedule
• Flexible weekly commitment, depending on availability and project flow
• Short-term and project-based, with potential for ongoing opportunities

Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $40–$60/hr (USD), depending on experience and background
• Payments issued weekly via Stripe Connect
• Independent contractor classification
