Qualifications

• Experience in M&A or coverage at a bulge bracket investment bank.
• Background as an investor at a large-cap or mid-market private equity firm.
• Track record as an analyst at a hedge fund.
• Strong familiarity with SEC EDGAR filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks).
• Ability to understand and execute complex financial workflows at a conceptual and practical level.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• No prior AI experience required — just financial expertise and analytical rigor.

Compensation & Engagement

• Rate: $90–$105 per hour (depending on background, experience, and location).
• Contractor Status: You will be classified as an at-will contractor with Mercor.
• Payment: Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect, based on self-logged hours.
• Exceptional candidates may be offered discretionary pay adjustments.
