Responsibilities: 

• Design, implement, and manage Teams Voice. 

• Manage and maintain Teams Voice and other cloud voice platforms 

• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to streamline operations. 

• Monitor system performance, availability, and health using SolarWinds and other monitoring tools. 

• Troubleshoot issues and provide tier 2/3 support for cloud-related incidents. 

• Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and Change management records 

• Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and best practices in Microsoft 365. 

• Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency. 

• Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and infrastructure. 

• Work with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations. 

Qualifications: 

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering with cloud expertise, specifically Microsoft Teams Voice 

• Strong experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. 

• Experience with Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and infrastructure. 

• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration. 

• Experience working in an enterprise or multi-tenant environment. 

• Strong documentation and change management control experience
