Role Description

We’re looking for a Product Manager, Commerce, to join our Growth Platform Team and lead GoTo’s partner commerce initiatives—while also playing a key role in our broader commerce product strategy.

  • Focus on driving partner-centric commerce concepts
  • Support seamless partner integrations with the GoTo ecosystem
  • Promote internal adoption
  • Spearhead development efforts related to partners
  • Contribute to high-impact commerce projects supporting product, billing, and sales experiences for all GoTo customers
  • Collaborate with business units, engineering, product, sales, and partner teams

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, software, or high-tech environments
  • Experience with partner ecosystems, APIs, or commerce platforms is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to bridge business needs and technical teams
  • Strong track record managing cross-functional projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile product environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative mindset with a passion for driving shared success

Requirements

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of commerce solutions tailored for partners
  • Collaborate on a variety of commerce-related initiatives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner commerce topics
  • Partner with engineering and product stakeholders to document requirements
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and business teams
  • Manage and prioritize a roadmap of initiatives
  • Support internal enablement by promoting alignment and providing updates
  • Identify challenges and opportunities in partner and broader commerce experiences
