Position: High Volume Recruiter | Remote | Call Center Talent Acquisition

Pay:  $10/hr + Weekly Performance Bonuses 

Mission: FIND US SALES KILLERS. ROOFING & SOLAR BEASTS.

READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE RECRUITING ROLE.

We want CLOSER-FINDERS. LEGEND-HUNTERS. RECRUITERS WHO BUILD SALES ARMIES.

YOUR MISSION:

✅ Hire 100+ call center agents PER WEEK

✅ Bring in at least 5 qualified SHARKS every day

✅ Find cold callers who bleed on the phone & close like killers

✅ Build a LATAM pipeline of elite Roofing & Solar sales talent

✅ Own sourcing, screening, and delivery from start to finish

✅ Use every tool in the book — job boards, referrals, social media

✅ Work closely with onboarding to get agents READY on Day 1

✅ Track performance, optimize, and NEVER miss a number

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting (BPO, call center, or sales)
• Fluent English (Spanish is a BIG plus)
• Fast, independent, and allergic to excuses
• Familiar with hiring in Mexico, Colombia, and Central America? Even better
