In October 2025, Site Ascend signed up for the LatHire Self-Service Platform, looking to hire 3 full-time Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for their growing B2B sales team. Within a day of signing up, company CEO Shaquille was able to identify and interview two top candidates, who were both hired within a week of meeting with Shaquille’s team.

Due to the scale that Site Ascend were looking to hire on, our senior talent specialist, Krysthell, then sourced a selection of additional Sales Development Representative candidates to compliment their initial hires within one week. Shaquille’s team decided to move forward with two of these candidates on a full-time, remote basis.
