 Role Description
 This role involves leading the UX strategy and managing a high-performing UX team to enhance member experience.
- 
  Define and drive UX strategy
 
- 
  Manage UX team capacity, prioritizing projects to align with critical initiatives
 
- 
  Guide and mentor UX team on best practices and emerging trends
 
- 
  Monitor and share the impact of UX efforts on the member experience
 
- 
  Build and streamline UX research processes
 
- 
  Plan and conduct design sprints and workshops in collaboration with Consumer Experience and Digital Design teams
 
- 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class user experience
 
 Qualifications
- 
  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
 
- 
  7 years of experience in strategic planning for digital experiences with demonstrated skills in relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution
 
- 
  5 years of experience in digital design research, usability, and accessibility
 
- 
  5 years of leadership experience managing multiple, cross-functional teams
 
- 
  1 year of experience driving complex projects from start to finish
 
- 
  1 year of experience in project management, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement methods
 
 Requirements
- 
  Ability to quickly take complex technical subjects and distill them into user-friendly presentations and digital communications
 
- 
  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability
 
- 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
 
- 
  Must be a team player, be organized, and have the ability to handle multiple projects
 
- 
  Excellent oral and written communication skills
