We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience with  a strong passion for designing intuitive, user-centered experiences and a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-friendly interfaces that solve real user problems and drive business goals.

Roles and responsibility

-Understand customer problems, needs and jobs to be done.

-Collaborate with product and engineering on feasibility and prioritization.

-Design the UI and support the build of consistent, high-quality solutions.

-Shape the product and work with the various teams to design, validate and build our solution.

-Design prototypes for ideation and user feedback.

-Lead usability tests.
-Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions

-Effective coordination with Product managers, Developers and QA.

Technical Skills 

– at least 4 years of experience in core UI/UX design

– proficient in using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Sketch,Photoshop etc.

– Relevant work experience as a product designer is preferred.
– Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
