Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across critical projects. This is a fully remote, 4-month contract role with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will bring strong Agile leadership, excellent facilitation skills, and a proven track record guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience in wealth management is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams delivering key initiatives

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives)

• Remove blockers and protect the team from external interruptions

• Ensure consistent application of Agile principles and practices

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile values and behaviors

• Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and prioritization

• Track team performance and help drive continuous improvement

• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments

• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and SAFe

• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills

• Experience working with Jira or similar Agile project management tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in the Wealth Management domain

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

• Experience working in the Canadian banking or financial services sector
