Responsibilities
Manage professional email communications and correspondence on behalf of the business owner
Coordinate events including vendor communications, participant outreach, and logistics management
Handle contract management processes including document preparation, distribution, and follow-up tracking
Organize and maintain digital filing systems to ensure efficient information access
Provide basic social media support including posting pre-created content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the community
Conduct follow-up communications with clients, vendors, and event participants to ensure smooth operations
Utilize Monday.com platform to support various organizational tasks and business processes
Assist with administrative tasks that support the owner’s focus on higher-level business activities
Requirements
Proven experience with professional email management and business communication
Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management and organizational platforms
Basic social media management skills including content posting, scheduling, and community engagement
Proficiency with Canva for basic graphic design and content editing
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in file management
Excellent written English communication skills with professional tone
Ability to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours with scheduling flexibility
Experience with contract management and systematic follow-up processes preferred
Self-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication
Comfortable working with multiple clients as part of a light part-time arrangement
