As a Technical Writer on the Customer and Developer Experience team, you will collaborate with experts across the company to produce developer guides, API reference documentation, and other educational materials that help developers get the most out of the Pismo platform. You’ll develop new external content from internal source documentation, and update existing resources by editing, reorganizing, and verifying the accuracy of code samples and instructions. You’ll also participate in initiatives to establish style guidelines and processes and contribute ideas to enhance the Pismo developer experience. We’re looking for a proactive, flexible, and hands-on writer to help us manage and improve our external developer portal.
