Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive our product strategy and lead cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful results.

  • Stay informed on pet care industry trends, technologies, and user behaviors to shape product strategy
  • Build a deep understanding of user needs and ensure products deliver value across a diverse customer base
  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap, translating ideas into actionable plans
  • Lead cross-functional teams, driving alignment and progress in complex or ambiguous spaces
  • Balance stakeholder needs by collaborating with designers, engineers, and data scientists
  • Apply data-driven insights, including A/B testing, user research, and market analysis, to guide decisions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience within a software company, directly partnering with engineering/development teams
  • Proven ability to define product vision, create strategy, and deliver consumer products at scale
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use data to guide tradeoffs and product delivery
  • Clear communicator with experience presenting to executives and simplifying complex concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Suite, Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, Figma, Miro, Sketch, and writing product specifications; Product Management Certification (PMC) or Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred
