Role Description
Mercor is seeking experienced shipping, receiving, and inventory clerks to support a leading AI lab in advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement focuses on diagnosing and solving real issues in manufacturing logistics through hands-on scenario creation and validation. Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world shipping, receiving, and inventory work in manufacturing based on your professional experience

Create realistic situations involving shipment processing, receiving inspections, inventory tracking, and warehouse documentation

Develop scenarios for handling discrepancies, coordinating with carriers, managing stock levels, and using inventory management systems

Review and evaluate AI responses to logistics and inventory queries for accuracy and industry standards

Provide detailed feedback on manufacturing logistics scenarios to improve AI training
Qualifications

4+ years professional experience as a shipping, receiving, or inventory clerk in manufacturing

Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities

Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems

Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills

Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz

Average 14 years experience preferred
Requirements

Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule

Expected workload: 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours
