Role Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions across our revenue operations. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams — including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Sales Operations, and Finance — to streamline the Lead-to-Cash process, ensure data integrity, and drive operational excellence.

Architect and Design: Own the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.

Solution Delivery: Drive the design, development, and deployment of high-quality Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization (APEX, Lightning, Visualforce), and third-party integrations.

Cross-System Integration: Partner with engineering and systems teams to integrate Salesforce seamlessly with other platforms to ensure consistent data flow and accurate reporting.

Best Practices & Governance: Define and enforce best practices around Salesforce usage, security, data management, and compliance with industry regulations.

Module Expertise: Leverage expertise across Salesforce modules — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc. — to configure and tailor the platform to evolving business needs.
Qualifications

6–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, or Application Architect are a strong plus.

Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration using APEX, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into efficient technical solutions.

Demonstrable ability to drive end-to-end lifecycle, from conception to launch and post-launch support.

Deep understanding of Lead to Cash processes and revenue operations within a SaaS environment.

Familiarity with sales productivity and intelligence tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar platforms).

Background in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with the agility to adapt in fast-paced, evolving settings.
