Working with inbound warm leads
Conducting phone sales, identifying client needs
Preparing commercial offers, contracts, and working with CRM
Guiding the client through the full sales cycle
Collaborating with marketing to improve conversion rates
At least 1 year of phone sales experience
Fluent Turkish — both spoken and written
Understanding of SPIN selling and persuasion techniques
Strong desire to earn and grow in sales
High level of self-discipline and result orientation
