Currently, we are looking to add a Power BI Developer to our team. This position could be fully remote.

🔹 Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from SQL Server databases
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective data models and visualizations.
Optimize data models and DAX measures for enhanced performance.
Implement data quality checks to ensure report accuracy.
Stay current with the latest Power BI features and best practices.

🔹 Requirements

3+ years of experience with Power BI development
Strong proficiency in SQL, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience in writing complex and efficient SQL queries
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices
Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating measures and calculated columns
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn raw data into meaningful insights
Experience with data visualization techniques and best practices
Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
Upper-Intermediate English level

🔹 Would be a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience with other Microsoft BI tools (e.g., SSAS, SSIS)
Knowledge of M language for advanced data transformations in Power Query
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Experience with agile development methodologies
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate

Our team is building a dynamic system designed to streamline the typical workflow of company managers.
