Job Position Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Implementation & Project Specialist to lead the successful deployment of AI-powered platforms and solutions across the business and supporting the franchisee network. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation lifecycle—from requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment to post-launch support—ensuring that AI projects deliver business value, stay on schedule, and meet external and internal expectations.
This role bridges technical AI capabilities and real-world operational needs, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, project management, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Implementation:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the implementation of AI-based products or features across the business to support the needs of corporate and franchise environments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Franchisee Operations, Compliance and others) and external clients to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and ensure solutions meet end-user needs.
Technical Coordination:
- Understand core AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, NLP, computer vision) to effectively communicate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate data integrations, API configurations, and other technical onboarding requirements with clients or third parties.
Training & Enablement:
- Support user onboarding and training efforts to maximize adoption and impact of AI solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base materials.
Monitoring & Optimization:
- Monitor project performance post-implementation; identify opportunities for optimization, user feedback collection, and enhancement planning.
Compliance & Risk:
- Ensure implementation activities adhere to data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation, technical project management, or product deployment, preferably with AI/ML or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and common platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI).
- Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and integration best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Miro, Slack).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with AI-powered enterprise platforms (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, document automation) in the restoration market.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum Master) or implementation methodologies a plus.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and dashboards from AI/ML systems.
Success Measures (First 6–12 Months):
- Successfully deliver 2–3 AI platform implementations on time and within scope.
- Define key metrics for successful delivery and ensure that these are met.
- Build repeatable playbooks and documentation for future AI rollouts.
- Drive strong cross-functional alignment between engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams.
