We’re looking for a sharp and driven HR professional to help us grow our team. Your main focus will be recruitment — reviewing applications, sourcing strong candidates on LinkedIn, and running first-round interviews to identify the best fits.

What You’ll Do

  • Review resumes and applications for fit
  • Proactively source and outreach to candidates on LinkedIn
  • Conduct first-round interviews with candidates (both sourced and applicants)
  • Assess personality, drive, and cultural fit — we’re strict with our hiring and only looking for A-players
  • Source and hire across a variety of roles, including marketing, product, and developer positions
  • Support hiring efforts across North America, Latin America, and the Philippines

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing
  • Strong instincts for evaluating people’s personalities, motivation, and work ethic
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to move quickly without sacrificing quality
