We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations and ensure alignment with our company’s business objectives. The HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a hands-on leader who can partner with management and employees to foster a positive, productive, and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
2. Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. 3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, and compliance requirements. It is better to be familiar with Vietnamese labor regulations 4. Proven ability to manage recruitment, performance management, and employee relations,and talent development. 5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset. 6. Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools. 7. Good verbal Mandarin and English. |
