Role Description
ProcureAbility’s Human Resource Manager will serve as a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for shaping and executing people strategies that align with the firm’s growth and client delivery goals. This role requires someone who can support a fast-paced consulting environment while strengthening culture, managing employee lifecycle processes and working with Jabil’s to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.

Strategic HR Leadership:

High level of interaction with India HR team to ensure consistency in approach on various items related to performance management, culture and roles and responsibilities.

Support new hire onboarding of team members and ensure their experience is successful.

Partner with HR leaders across regions to align local and global HR strategies.

Support the design and execution of global people initiatives, including talent management, workforce planning, DEI and succession planning.

Performance Management & Learning:
-
Support performance management cycles including goal setting, feedback, and reviews.

Support career pathing, succession planning, and development programs for the organization.

Identify skill gaps and drive learning and development programs to support career pathways.

Coach people managers on effective people leadership and employee relations.

HR Operations & Compliance:
-
Work with Jabil to ensure that ProcureAbility is in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.

Oversee aspects of Workday relative to employee records, and reporting.

Be the lead working with Jabil for the ProcureAbility organization relative to benefits administration, and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, etc.).

HR Systems & Reporting:

Usage of Workday for global reporting, analysis, and process automation.

Generate HR dashboards and analytics to support business decisions.

Employee Relations & Culture:

Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees on HR-related issues.

Mediates conflicts and guide resolution in a fair and consistent manner.

Support DEI, well-being, and recognition programs that foster an inclusive, engaged workforce.
Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and employee relations in a professional services firm.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to operate with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of confidentiality.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.

Ability to adapt to a fast growing company with evolving needs and a vision for scalability.

Desire to think outside the box and have a knack for process improvements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Experience with SharePoint file sharing rules, permissions, logical structure.

Experience using Workday for employee data in accordance with company guidelines.

Strong excel skills to analyze data.
Requirements

The pay range for this role is $98,200 – $176,800.
