Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards and maximizing impact.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth to implement marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and internal engagement across all channels.
  • Oversee the creation and management of marketing content for Brightscout, including social media, blogs, and marketing emails.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns to convert prospects into customers.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with sales, design, and client services teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct and apply market and competitor research to keep our marketing tactics relevant and effective.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with a B2B-focused role experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, Google Analytics, and content management systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
