Role Description

This role will serve as a strategic partner to drive financial performance, support decision-making, and provide insights into financial trends and operational efficiencies.

• Business Partnering: Finance business Partner to the Business Unit Vice President for Global sales and the Sales Leadership team.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Collaborate with commercials teams (sales, sales operations, marketing and global customer) to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Enhance end to end cost transparency across the business.
• Performance Monitoring: Track business performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Cost Management: Identify and analyze cost-saving opportunities within the supported functions, ensuring that resources are deployed efficiently to maximize profitability.
• Business Case Development: Support the evaluation of new initiatives, products, and operational changes by developing business cases, including financial modelling and return on investment analysis.
• Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management, relying on the existing BI tools, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable insights.
• Compliance: Work together with the Corporate Finance team to ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, contributing to corporate governance and integrity in financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification valued.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or a similar role, preferably in a commercial and operational finance environment.
• Experience in working in a highly transformational environment and strong adaptiveness to change.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and present actionable, data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite (notably Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience navigating large amounts of data and BI (Business Intelligence).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a context of fast-paced change.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
