About the Role
We’re looking for an English & Communication Coach to help Wing’s virtual assistants and staff elevate their communication effectiveness — ensuring clarity, tone alignment, and professionalism in both written and spoken English. This role focuses on email and voice communication coaching, expectation-setting with clients, and the establishment of a structured ESL upskilling program to raise overall communication standards across the organization.
Qualifications
– At least 3 years of experience in communication coaching, ESL instruction, or language training — ideally in a corporate, BPO, or remote environment.
– Excellent command of spoken and written English, with a strong grasp of tone, clarity, and professional correspondence.
– Experience coaching individuals on client communication, email writing, and expectation-setting techniques.
– Strong facilitation and feedback skills with the ability to coach across different skill levels.
– Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple learners or cohorts.
Preferred Skills
– Familiarity with CRM configuration, workflow automation, or project management systems.
– Knowledge of adult learning principles, LMS tools, and competency frameworks.
– Strong analytical mindset for assessing trainee performance and learning trends.
