Role Description

Cardinal Health Sonexus™ Access and Patient Support helps specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers remove barriers to care so that patients can access, afford and remain on the therapy they need for a better quality of life. The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage.

• Works with the business team to understand business rules, data flow and appropriately create reporting and analytics for the program.
• Works with complex datasets to perform exploratory data analysis to provide insights to make business decisions.
• Combines consultative and technology focus to Data Analytics.
• Skilled in bridging gap between technology and operations.
• Motivated person interested in performing exploratory data analysis with complex datasets with minimal direction.
• Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field
• 4-8 years experience in a related field preferred
• Client facing experience preferred
• Advance Excel experience (including Macros) preferred
• Intermediate to Advance SQL
• Intermediate to Advance Tableau
• Patient/Hub Service experience is preferred
• Experience in Rare Disease Patient Analytics or Provider Analytics preferred
• Call Center Data Analytics preferred
• Experience working in data feeds (Data Aggregators)

• Work remotely, full-time
