You are a motivated customer service professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experience, excel at multi-tasking, pipeline management, active listening, and have experience leveraging technology while maintaining a personal touch. You are a focused individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment where you can work with teammates that will match your drive and grit. 

 

·       Provide in-depth support and solutions to TPS customers  

·       Communicate with customer through various channels  

·       Enter records of customer calls, interactions and inquiries via a CRM system 

·       Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders  

·       Associates degree preferred or related work experience 

·       2-3 years of customer service experience  

·       Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills 

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  

·       Ability to work independently

·       Navigate through various software systems
