We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. This position offers a salary range of $65,000 – $75,000, determined by location, experience, and expertise.
Job Description:
The Business Intelligence Specialist will design, build, and maintain BI solutions that empower ROR and our clients with actionable insights. This role involves collecting and analyzing 1st- and 3rd-party data, developing dashboards, identifying performance trends, and delivering data-driven recommendations that inform strategic decisions.
You will collaborate closely with our data engineering, analytics, client services, and media teams to ensure consistent, scalable, and accurate reporting across client engagements.
What you will do:
o Standardize and manage datasets, Beast Mode calculations, and automation processes.
o Align custom conversions and maintain accuracy in reporting.
o Ensure Client Analysts have accurate, scalable reports to tailor for clients.
o Standardize the TAD (Trade Area Definition) process and implement ARCGIS workflow management tools.
o Maintain efficient organizational content storage.
o Equip Client Analysts to execute TADs and site analytics effectively.
o Develop repeatable processes that transform raw analytics into actionable client insights.
o Productize analytics capabilities for client-facing deliverables.
