– Communicate closely with VIP-clients, through various communication channels: Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, incoming calls, online chats, and e-mail;
– Analyze customer complaints and suggestions, monitoring of their actions, search for opportunities to improve customer experience;
– Analyze customer account and create an activation plan for each individual customer;
– Performs daily analysis of client activity and its reactivation;
– Work with significant deposits/withdrawals of VIP and pre-VIP clients;
– Work on increasing the amount of deposits/turnovers of VIP clients;
Deal with unsuccessful deposits/withdrawals;
-Work on group and individual performance indicators.
– Ability to work at night shift;
– Experienced in customer service/sales from 1 year;
– English at least Intermediate;
– Ukrainian – fluent;
– PC skills (Word, Excel and other programs);
– Knowledge of the process of successful cooperation with clients, experience patiently and actively listening to the client;
– Sociability and independence, attention to detail, organization and multitasking.
