Vice President of Program Management
Location: Remote (USA)
Reports To: Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO)
Role Overview:
Colibri seeks an experienced, execution-driven Vice President of Program Management to lead and scale enterprise program delivery across core systems, transformation initiatives, and strategic business operations. This leader will bring operational rigor to Colibri’s technology organization, establish enterprise-wide program visibility, and ensure the delivery of key technology solutions—on time, on budget, and with measurable business impact.
As Colibri undergoes a major enterprise transformation, this role will serve as a key sponsor for secure, compliant, and auditable system delivery across regulated industries. This includes supporting initiatives related to Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT)—ensuring accuracy, traceability, and timing integrity in systems that support financial transactions and professional credentialing.
The VP of Program Management will mature and scale Colibri’s Program Management Office (PMO), driving predictability, metrics-based reporting, and alignment across ecosystems. The role will lead a team of 10+ program managers and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, IT, Business Systems, and Security.

Program Strategy Leader: Experienced in building and scaling PMOs and delivering complex programs across technology, operations, and regulated business domains.
Metrics-Driven Operator: Comfortable leading with visibility, governance, and data. Instills a culture of delivery that’s measurable and trusted.
Business-Aligned Technologist: Understands how to keep the business running through operational discipline, security alignment, and scalable execution practices.
Credible Influencer & Executive Partner: Able to navigate complex stakeholder environments, communicate with clarity, and drive alignment across the C-suite and frontline teams.
Security-Conscious Program Sponsor: Champions privacy, timing, and compliance—especially in systems supporting financial transactions or industry certifications.
