Role Description
The Senior Inventory Analyst plays a key role in supporting inventory management operations across the uBreakiFix network of retail stores and affiliated warehouses. This position focuses on executing a variety of operational tasks that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Leverage a deep understanding of both corporate and franchise store models to support the overall needs of Distro and its customers.

Deliver solutions that will help strengthen the supply chain.

Contribute to the development, implementation, and oversight of new processes and policies.

Capture, organize, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Become a subject matter expert on franchise and corporate store operations and the downstream supply chain implications of those approaches.

Drive competitive analysis to ensure best quality, pricing, and availability.

Mitigate inventory risk and fraud through appropriate existing controls.

Assist with managing 3rd party vendors such as MobileSentrix.

Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to identify inefficiencies in inventory processes.

Participate in projects to implement best practices in inventory management and system improvements.

Help drive initiatives to streamline processes, reduce excess inventory, and improve overall warehouse productivity.

On-going review of product pricing and availability to support Distro participation.

Assist with other supply chain initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

3-5 years of experience with Inventory Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Natural curiosity with a passion for problem solving and delivering results.

Excellent communication skills.

Collaborative personality balanced with an uncompromising drive to deliver for our customers.

Working knowledge of Portal, Service Bench and/or DAX.

Good organizational and analytical skills, including deep knowledge of Excel.
