⭐Our QA team
Quality Assurance (or QA) is here to provide assurance to the business that we are getting good customer outcomes per our regulatory requirements along with protecting the bank while doing so. We test on a statistically significant sampling strategy that’s based on confidence scores. We then provide insights, trends and themes back to the business on what we’re seeing and where improvements can be made. We’re an awesome team to work in where the most successful are true customer advocates and have a long standing desire to be an importer, and exporter, of great talent.
