This is a remote position.
Schedule:
Part-time, 25 hours per week (flexible scheduling during client’s business hours).
Client Timezone: PST
Responsibilities:
Follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely completion
Follow up on tenant needs and communications
Handle bookkeeping-related follow-ups and coordination
Act as a “human reminder” system for the department
Conduct daily or weekly check-ins on maintenance status and completion
Send regular reports to the head of department on task status
Monitor and track various operational tasks to prevent items from being overlooked
Communicate with maintenance personnel to verify work completion status
Requirements:
Proficiency in AppFolio property management software (required)
Strong English communication skills
Excel proficiency for data organization and reporting
QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and manage follow-up tasks
Strong organizational and tracking skills
Reliable communication abilities for coordinating with various stakeholders
