Role Description
We’re looking for a National Facilities Project Manager to lead our new remote branch implementations and relocations. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind getting our new facilities up and running, ensuring every technical and operational detail is perfectly executed.

Lead Project Execution: Take charge of all technical and facilities-related tasks for new remote branch implementations, relocations, and closures, from initial planning to successful launch.

Coordinate Stakeholders: Act as the primary technology point of contact for branch personnel, collaborating closely with our corporate onboarding team, IT Field Engineering Manager, and Senior IT Field Engineers to keep all tasks on schedule.

Manage Vendor Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of all components for total branch implementations, including network connectivity, desktop equipment, and other facilities-related deliveries.

Oversee Scheduling & Logistics: Expertly manage the scheduling of all implementations, closures, and relocations, including facilitating travel schedules for key personnel.

Drive Quality & Resolution: Ensure exceptional quality across all aspects of the workflow, proactively managing and resolving any escalated issues with minimal intervention.

Report on Progress: Deliver timely and detailed management reports on upcoming projects, completed initiatives, and in-progress activities.

Provide Exceptional Service: Maintain high service levels throughout all project phases.
Qualifications

2+ years of relevant project management experience.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Demonstrated expertise in analytical, problem-solving, and project management techniques.

Experience in effectively managing and resolving escalations independently.
