Role Description
The Head of Financial Operations is a strategic and results-oriented finance leader overseeing and optimizing the operational functions of our Financial Health organization. Operating as a “mini-CFO,” this role is integral to driving financial performance, optimizing margins, and providing actionable insights to the General Manager.

Oversee P&L management and deliver regular financial updates

Collaborate cross-functionally to align operational execution with the company’s strategic objectives

Combine financial stewardship with operational excellence to drive value creation

Enhance customer satisfaction and support sustainable business growth

Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of revenue cycle services and technology solutions
Essential Functions:

Develop a strategic perspective on the business and customers

Develop and implement operational strategies with business teams to drive profitability

Partner with sales around pipeline review process for pricing alignment

Oversee day-to-day operations across departments

Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals

Serve as key advisor to GM using data and analysis for decision-making

Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement

Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for operational activities

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Lead the development of financial strategies that support growth and innovation

Deliver in-depth financial analysis for board reviews and investor presentations
Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in operations or business management

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams
