• Excellent writing, editing, and critical thinking
• Excited by the opportunity to sell, not just to write
• Clear, concise communicator who gets the message across
• Comfortable leading a small creative team (writers, designers, devs)
• Willing to take full responsibility—when things go right and when they don’t

• Experience with WordPress and content-driven growth
• Experience managing partnerships or affiliates
• Exposure to SEO and/or paid campaigns
• Comfort working with remote, async teams

• Lead our content and partnership strategy end to end
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to launch and test growth ideas
• Talk to clients to understand real needs—and turn those into marketing that resonates
• Work fast, learn fast, and adjust based on results
• Make tradeoffs between speed, budget, and quality—and be transparent about them
