Role Description

We are looking for a Home-Based Graphic Designer to join our growing U.S.-based promotional products team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact, on-brand visual content across various media while supporting client branding goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to create artwork for custom products
• Manage art proofs and ensure all creative output meets production standards and client expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the promotional or print industry
• Excellent written and spoken English

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills and creativity
• Solid understanding of composition, branding, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Effective verbal and written communication with both internal and external teams
• Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Understanding of various imprint methods (e.g., screen print, embroidery, laser engraving)
• Experience in promotional products, print production, or packaging is a plus
• Understanding of corporate branding, e-commerce product imagery, and pre-press requirements
• Demonstrated ability to stay current with design trends and adapt styles accordingly
