The Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST

What You’ll Do:

Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

• Build email flows with tagging, conditional splits, and triggers
• Input copy and make directed updates
• Update and edit email images using Canva
• Create A/B tests for subject lines and email variations
• Build weekly email campaigns from provided copy
• Send test campaigns to team for approval
• Export analytics to Google Sheets and audit email lists
• Flag performance concerns and pull campaign insights

Video Content Creation

• Develop creative video assets based on project briefs
• Create both video and static content variations
• Adapt content to different specifications and platform requirements
• Follow brand guidelines while adding creative flair

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience – Must be comfortable with flows, automation, and campaign management
• 1+ years of video editing experience – Proficient in creating engaging video content
• Canva proficiency – Experienced in graphic editing and template customization
• Creative eye – Strong design sense with attention to detail
• Technical aptitude – Comfortable learning new tools and adapting to workflows

Bonus Skills:

• Basic reporting and analytics experience
• Additional design software knowledge
• Social media content creation experience

The Compensation: 

• Php 60,000 – 75,000
• Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.
