Chief of Staff
Reporting directly to the President, the Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner and advisor, playing a pivotal role in aligning and executing the company’s commercial and enterprise-wide priorities. This individual will streamline strategic initiatives, enhance cross-functional communication, and ensure the President’s objectives are effectively implemented across the organization.
The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted thought partner—helping shape and drive strategies to accelerate revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster team alignment with the company’s mission and values. Working closely with senior leaders, this role will facilitate clarity, focus, and shared context around key business priorities. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in business consulting, operations, and commercial strategy, along with a track record of translating ideas into outcomes in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
This is a high-potential leadership role designed as a steppingstone into broader executive responsibility. The expectation is that, after building deep knowledge of the business, the Chief of Staff will transition into leading a major function or business unit. Notably, the previous Chief of Staff successfully transitioned to lead a core pillar of the commercial organization—our Network team.

Remote, USA (expectations are that you will be travelling ~25% of your time to Lantern’s Dallas HQ to meet with Lantern’s Leadership Team)
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
Partner with the President and VP of Commercial Strategy & Operations to lead the commercial team’s annual strategic planning process. This includes setting, tracking, and measuring team-level OKRs, ensuring alignment with company-wide priorities, and driving accountability across the organization.
2. Commercial Leadership Team (CLT) Operations
Drive the rhythm of the business by managing CLT operations—owning agendas, facilitating bi-weekly meetings, and orchestrating quarterly business reviews. Ensure meetings are high-impact, action-oriented, and aligned to strategic outcomes, while fostering a strong performance and communication culture.
3. Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives that accelerate progress against commercial objectives. Serve as the initial owner for new efforts—building early momentum and transitioning ownership to functional leaders as appropriate.
4. Executive Enablement
Act as a trusted thought partner to the President—helping prioritize time and focus around the most critical topics. Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and executive-level presentations to enable high-quality decision-making and communication.
5. Team Culture & Organizational Health
Maintain a close pulse on team morale, communication, and engagement across all levels of the commercial organization. Serve as a conduit of insight for the President—surfacing opportunities to strengthen team cohesion, motivation, and cross-functional collaboration.
6. Internal Communication & Alignment
Ensure effective and consistent communication between the President, the commercial team, and the broader organization. Draft internal updates, manage key messaging, and ensure the President’s priorities and directives are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
