Role Description

We are hiring an Accounts Receivable/International Credit & Collections Lead to join our Accounting team!

This role involves overseeing our accounts receivable operations and international credit control processes.

• Lead and mentor AR staff while ensuring accurate cash application and timely collections.
• Manage daily flow of cash application and assist AR representatives in posting cash.
• Take responsibility for daily approval and holds of all international orders.
• Correspond daily with international customers and sales teams regarding payments.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on accounts receivable status and cash flow forecasts.
• Identify and implement process improvements that streamline AR and credit operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and International Credit & Collections.
• Prior experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience with advanced accounting software and ERP systems (Navision preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with SharePoint and international banking/factoring processes preferred.
