We’re looking for a Healthcare Finance Operations Specialist to support core accounting and financial workflows for our growing healthcare finance team. The ideal candidate brings experience in processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial compliance—paired with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.

You’ll operate remotely and interface with distributed teams across time zones. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will set you up for success.

• Validate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Track financial transactions and maintain updated ledgers

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies

• Support compliance with healthcare finance regulations and internal controls

• Contribute to monthly/annual close processes and audit readiness

• Leverage tools like Excel, QuickBooks, or NetSuite to manage financial data

• Keep clear, well-organized records and documentation for all financial activity

• At least 3 years in a finance, accounting, or operations role

• Direct experience in the medical or healthcare industry (non-negotiable)

• Invoice processing expertise and strong administrative finance skills

• High accuracy and attention to detail in data handling

• Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheets

• Strong English communication; Spanish is a plus

• Experience on remote, cross-border finance teams

• Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare billing, or claims management

• Strong time management under tight deadlines
