Finance Recruiter

As a Finance Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and identifying top talent for finance positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to find the best candidates.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and offer strategic hiring advice.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and prepare recruitment reports and analytics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on market trends and employment regulations related to finance recruitment.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in finance or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Willing to work remotely.
