GrowthAssistant is looking for creative and experienced Static Graphic Designer! This role revolves in creating static designs for ad sets, social medial, email campaigns, landing pages, etc.

Core Tasks: 

• Design and create graphics and visual assets for ad sets, social media, email campaigns, display ads, landing pages, white papers, etc.
• Edit and enhance existing creative assets, including cropping, resizing, text overlays, and optimizing for different platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent designs
• Develop visually engaging presentations, internal documents, and reports to support various business functions 

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing modern, minimalist, and professional work
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality assets in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand consistency
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• With recent graveyard shift experience and is amenable to work 9am – 6pm EST
• Can start ASAP

Nice to Have:

• 3D image creation of liquids
• Experience with video editing or motion graphics
• Background in designing for tech-forward or startup brands
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp or similar project management platforms
• Experience with packaging and presenting content such as guides, white papers, or eBooks

Salary Range:  PHP 60,000 – 70,000 per month
